We started Eban's Bakehouse because we saw a real need for exceptional gluten-free bread and baked goods that people would actually be excited to eat. What began in our one-bedroom apartment in Columbus grew from a commitment to make our customers happy and to offer their favorite breads and cookies, now made deliciously gluten free.
We make no compromises when it comes to ingredients. Our flours are milled in a dedicated gluten-free mill, we use certified gluten-free oats and oat flour, we source organic non-GMO seeds, fruits, and nuts, and we use local grass-fed butter and eggs from free-roaming chickens because great ingredients make great baked goods.

We ship our bread frozen so it arrives fresh, and it keeps a hearty shelf life of up to six months in the freezer. That shipping method is why we set a minimum spend threshold online so we can keep the frozen shipping rates more customer-friendly.
