Shipping policy

Shipping Policy (Subscription Boxes): 

USA subscription boxes are charged a $9.99 flat shipping rate per box, and Canada box orders are charged a $30 flat rate fee per box. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not fall within our shipping range/requirements. 

Depending on when you place your order, you may receive that month's box or the following month's box (pending inventory). Subscription orders ship on or around the first Monday of each month. 

Shipments typically take 2-7 business days, depending on the carrier and where you live, but could take longer depending on carrier delays. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date. We ship only in the US and Canada. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order's shipping label has been created. 

Shipping Policy (Marketplace):

The Love Me Gluten Free Marketplace is a curated marketplace where you can shop products featured in our current, past, and upcoming boxes. Orders placed through our Marketplace are routed directly to each brand for fulfillment and are subject to that brand’s individual shipping rates, timelines, and policies.

If you experience any issues with your order, such as damage during shipping or dissatisfaction with your purchase, please contact the brand directly for assistance with a refund, replacement, or resolution.
