Cancellation policy

VALID FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY. NOT VALID FOR ONE-TIME BOXES OR MARKETPLACE

(1) For monthly subscriptions, your account will be charged on checkout and then again on the 17th of every month, regardless of what day you placed your order. Your Monthly subscription will renew on the 17th of every month unless canceled, skipped, or paused. Any changes to your subscription must be done before your subscription renews for the month.

Example: You place your order on April 4th. You will be charged on April 4th (for the May box), then on May 17th for the June box, and June 17th for the July box, and so forth until you cancel. Any changes must be made BEFORE the 17th of the month. If you need to request an exception, please email contact@lovemeglutenfree.com and we can evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

IMPORTANT: Once renewals are processed, they cannot be canceled.

If you need to change a shipping address, please notify us right away at contact@lovemeglutenfree.com. We are able to change your shipping address as long as we haven't fulfilled/shipped your order.

Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date. You are responsible for tracking your renewal date and updating, pausing, or canceling your subscription at all times.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

(2) Prepaid subscriptions cannot be skipped, modified, or canceled for any reason. The owner of the account may choose to gift (or redirect) their subscription to another person. 

We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at any time and for any reason.

To edit your subscription, visit the Manage Subscription tab. Use the same email address you used for your order.
