Cob was born out of a desire to strip things back to the basics — simple, honest ingredients that support a healthier lifestyle without compromise. Founded by Jess, a mom of kids with corn allergies, and co-founded by tennis legend Novak Djokovic, Cob brings nutritional powerhouse sorghum into the spotlight—clean, craveable, and welcome on every table.

We love that Cob is bringing sorghum to the snacking aisle as a delicious, corn-free alternative that doesn't compromise on crunch or flavor. It's the perfect toddler-friendly, gut-happy snack that actually keeps you full, and we can't get enough of their Seriously Cheesy flavor!

Sorghum is an ancient supergrain that pops just like popcorn, except it’s tinier, tastier, and better for you than popcorn. It’s also got a softer hull so it’s sensitive gum safe (and toddler friendly as well). It’s also EXTREMELY eco-friendly - it’s a carbon neutral grain, is completely drought resistant, and only requires rain water!
All of our ingredients are organic whenever possible. We found the tastiest sorghum and it happens to be at a TRANSITIONAL organic farm, which means they’re in the process of getting their organic certification, but it takes 3 years. However, our products have all won the Clean Label Project Purity Award and independent lab tests show no pesticide residue, heavy metals, or BPA.
All of our ingredients are from farms in the USA and our products and packaging are proudly made in the USA as well.
All of our products are free from peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, soy, and sesame; however, our current facility also processes soy, dairy, and corn. We do a full allergen clean before each run.
As a corn allergy mom, I feel you DEEPLY. I personally sourced all the ingredients and interrogated our suppliers like a detective to make sure that all ingredients were corn allergen free. For example, the dairy is all organic with no natural flavors or fortifications, and all salt is non-iodized. But everyone has a different sensitivity level so proceed accordingly if this is your first time trying the product.
