Ethel’s Baking Company is a gluten-free dessert brand rooted in founder Jill Bommarito’s family baking traditions and inspired by her grandmother Ethel. The business grew out of a long family struggle with celiac disease and a determination to make gluten-free desserts with simple, pure ingredients that still felt joyful and homemade. The Pecan Dandy bar is presented as the dessert that launched the business and remains central to the brand story.

Our dessert bars can be stored and enjoyed for up three weeks at room temperature, and two weeks for our cookies! If you want to keep them for longer, you can refrigerate our treats for up to 3 months or freeze for up to 1 year and thaw at room temp for 2-3 hours to enjoy the perfectly fresh flavor!
For food safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Our orders stay fresh for up to 7 days when stored properly.
Once you review and submit your order, it will be in “Placed” status and can be canceled or modified until it is processed. Once your order is in “Processed,” payment has been initiated, and your order is in fulfillment.
