Cloudy Lane
Cloudy Lane started with Dani, who named the bakery after the street she grew up on and went back to after a competitive ski racing career ended in injuries. Baking became the thing she did for herself, and when she could not find a snack that felt both nourishing and genuinely indulgent, she started making her own. Her Cloud Bars are soft, made-from-scratch cookie bars built on almond flour, coconut sugar and maple syrup, with no refined sugar, no dairy, no soy and no seed oils.
Our Take
We love a gluten-free bar that eats like something from a bakery case rather than a wrapper, and Cloudy Lane's Cloud Bars are exactly that: soft, tender and closer to a blondie than a snack bar. The ingredient list is short enough to read in one breath, which is rare in this category. If you want a lunchbox treat or something to have with afternoon coffee, this is one we'd happily recommend.

Yes. Everything we bake is always gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and refined sugar-free, with no seed oils and no preservatives. We bake from scratch with organic ingredients like almond flour, coconut sugar, coconut oil and maple syrup.
All of our Cloud Bars and cookies are made with almond flour, so every one of them contains tree nuts. Our Double Chocolate and Honey Oat Cloud Bars also contain eggs.
Our Chocolate Chip Cloud Bars are vegan. Our Double Chocolate and Honey Oat Cloud Bars are made with eggs and honey, so they are not. Check the ingredients on each flavor before you order.
Almond flour, organic coconut sugar, organic coconut oil, tapioca flour and organic maple syrup make up the base, and each flavor adds its own touch: chocolate chunks we make in house, cinnamon and vanilla for the Snickerdoodle, or real honey and organic gluten-free oats for the Honey Oat. Nothing refined, nothing artificial.
However you want. Our customers pack them in lunchboxes, keep them at their desk for the afternoon slump, eat the Honey Oat bars for breakfast on the way out the door, or have one with coffee. They come ten to a pack, and there is a variety pack if you want to try all four flavors first.
