Founded by Chef Jules Houser after her own health journey, the pasta is made entirely in Italy using traditional bronze-die methods to deliver true al dente texture and exceptional flavor without any gums or fillers.
Our Take
We absolutely love that this pasta was created by a chef who truly understands the importance of both flavor and texture in a gluten-free diet. The fact that it packs 19 grams of plant-based protein per serving while still holding onto sauce just like traditional Italian pasta makes it a staple we always want to have in our pantry.
