Mr Bing Chili Crisp is inspired by the brand’s 10-year history as a Beijing street food restaurant and was first developed in Hong Kong in 2013 as a signature ingredient in its cult-favorite jianbing. Founders Brian and Ben later launched Mr Bing Foods in 2019 after restaurant customers wanted to buy the chili crisp on its own. Today, the brand brings the bold, crispy, savory flavors of Northern China to everyday meals with a chili crisp that is made in the USA and sold nationwide.

Mr Bing Chili Crisp is more than a condiment — it is our kicked-up interpretation of a northern Chinese classic, inspired by our Beijing street carts. We make it with four smoky and fruity peppers, mushroom powder, garlic, and onion for a balance of sweetness, spice, umami, and crunch.
Our chili crisp is made without any known gluten-containing ingredients. However, some of our suppliers may handle gluten products and ingredients, and while we make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, we do not test for gluten.
