3 New Brands Just Landed in the LMGF Market 💖
The Love Me Gluten Free Market just got a little sweeter (and a lot cozier)! 🍪🍝
We’re so excited to welcome three new brands: dessert bars baked from a grandma’s recipes, handmade marshmallows from a 100% gluten-free kitchen, and Italian pasta kits made for sensitive tummies.
Every brand in our Market is one we’d happily serve at our own table. Here’s why these three made the cut!
1) Ethel’s Baking Co.
Ethel’s started in 2011 in Metro Detroit, when founder Jill Bommarito turned her grandmother Ethel’s baking lessons into a gluten-free dessert company. Celiac disease has been part of Jill’s family for more than thirty years, so every bar and cookie is made in Ethel’s own certified gluten-free bakery. The Pecan Dandy, a buttery pecan pie bar, is the treat that started it all.

2) XO Marshmallow
XO Marshmallow began with two friends, Kat Conner and Lindzi Shanks, who each put $100 toward an idea for gourmet flavored marshmallows. That small bet grew into Chicago’s first marshmallow cafe. Today, every marshmallow is still handmade in small batches in their kitchen, which is 100% gluten-free and peanut-free.

Bellycious founder Chiara was already running an Italian meal kit company when an IBS diagnosis changed the way she had to eat. Instead of giving up Italian food, she rebuilt her recipes from scratch. Each kit pairs a brown rice, corn, and quinoa pasta with a real Italian sauce made without garlic or onion. Add your own protein or veggies, and dinner is ready in one pan in under 15 minutes.
