What's for Dinner? One-Pot Gluten-Free Tortelloni Bake
September 1 st , 2026 | 1 minute readThis one-pot gluten-free tortelloni bake is the weeknight dinner hack you didn't know you needed!
Simply pop five ingredients in a casserole dish, bake, and you've got a meal that tastes like you spent way more time on it than you actually did!

THE RECIPE: ONE-POT GLUTEN-FREE TORTELLONI BAKE
You'll need:
- 1 16 ounce bag of frozen Taste Republic Herb & Cheese Tortelloni or two 9-ounce packs
- 1 lb ground beef (or meat-free beef crumbles)
- Garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chopped zucchini and squash
- 1 jar marinara sauce (about 24 ounces)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
How to make it:
- Add the frozen tortelloni into a 9x13 casserole dish — no boiling required.
- Sauté ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, until cooked through.
- Top the tortelloni with the meat mixture.
- Add the chopped zucchini and squash on top.
- Pour the entire jar of marinara over everything.
- Give everything a good mix so the tortelloni is coated well.
- Cover generously with shredded mozzarella — don't be shy. More may be necessary!
- Cover dish with foil and bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes, then uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Dig in!
If you've been on the hunt for a go-to gluten-free bake, this one's worth adding to the rotation.
