Modified Tapioca Starches, Potato Starch, Corn Starch, Corn Flour, White Rice Flour, Xanthan Gum. All ingredients are non-GMO. There is no need to add additional xanthan gum or other gums to her flour – use as a 1:1 replacement for wheat-based all purpose flours in all your recipes.
All her flour ingredients are non-GMO and Certified Gluten-Free from the GFCO. Her products are also Certified Free From (CFF) the Big 9 Food allergens (wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, fish, crustaceans).
Yes, all Jules' products are certified kosher by the Orthodox Union.
The facility where gfJules products are made is entirely gluten free and also free from peanuts, pistachio, macadamia, Brazil nuts, walnuts, sesame, mustard, fish, crustaceans and sulfites.
All gfJules products can be stored in a pantry (a cool, dark place) at room temperature. Once opened, we suggest storing her flour in an airtight container. There is no need to store it in a refrigerator or freezer.
