Nicole's Best
Nicole's Best was created by Nicole Hunn, the founder of Gluten Free on a Shoestring®, after years of helping families successfully bake gluten free at home. Frustrated by flour blends that produced inconsistent results, she developed her own all-purpose blend to make baking easier, more reliable, and every bit as delicious as traditional recipes. Today, Nicole's Best helps home bakers confidently create everything from cookies and cakes to bread and pizza with flour they can truly count on.
