What's inside The GFB products?
Everything we make starts with simple, natural, plant-based ingredients. Inside each Bar and Bite, you’ll find a base of nut and/or seed butters, dates, organic brown rice, and complete protein from organic brown rice and pea protein. No preservatives, no fillers, nothing extra.
How do you ensure that your food is gluten-free?
We use only gluten-free ingredients in our dedicated gluten-free facility. We are also certified gluten-free, which means the GFCO audits all our ingredients and testing records, and all batches are tested to ensure <10 ppm gluten content.
What sweeteners do you use?
Our Bars and Bites are sweetened with dates, fruit, organic InfantSafe® brown rice syrup, and organic agave nectar. The only addition is 1 gram of organic cane sugar in our Oatmeal Raisin Bars.
Can you tell me more about your ingredients?
All our products are non-GMO verified. We like to use ingredients that are wholesome and understandable, avoiding highly processed or industrial ingredients like chicory root fiber or sugar alcohols that can wreak havoc on your gut.
How do you make your food?
All our products are made in our own certified gluten-free, zero-waste facility powered by 100% solar and wind power. We make everything in small batches—similar to making cookies in your own home—to bring out the best taste and texture every time.
