The GFB
The GFB (Gluten Free Brothers) was founded by two brothers who were gluten intolerant and dissatisfied with the available gluten-free options. They set out to create ridiculously tasty, plant-based snacks using simple, honest ingredients. Today, they operate their own certified gluten-free, zero-waste facility powered by 100% renewable energy, ensuring every small batch meets their high standards for quality and sustainability.

The GFB
Everything we make starts with simple, natural, plant-based ingredients. Inside each Bar and Bite, you’ll find a base of nut and/or seed butters, dates, organic brown rice, and complete protein from organic brown rice and pea protein. No preservatives, no fillers, nothing extra.
We use only gluten-free ingredients in our dedicated gluten-free facility. We are also certified gluten-free, which means the GFCO audits all our ingredients and testing records, and all batches are tested to ensure <10 ppm gluten content.
Our Bars and Bites are sweetened with dates, fruit, organic InfantSafe® brown rice syrup, and organic agave nectar. The only addition is 1 gram of organic cane sugar in our Oatmeal Raisin Bars.
All our products are non-GMO verified. We like to use ingredients that are wholesome and understandable, avoiding highly processed or industrial ingredients like chicory root fiber or sugar alcohols that can wreak havoc on your gut.
