Made of shiitake mushrooms, Pan's Original Mushroom Jerky is plant-based, vegan, a good source of fiber, allergen friendly, Kosher, soy-free, gluten-free and made with simple ingredients.

Available in single 2.2oz bags, or bundles of 5, 10, or 15 bags. 

Ingredients: Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Avocado Oil, Water, Organic Coconut Sugar, Himalayan Pink Salt, Organic Chia Seeds.

The shelf life of Pan's Mushroom Jerky is nine months. We do not use preservatives in our products. Store in a cool, dry place and consume within two weeks after opening.
