Save this simple one-pan gluten-free lasagna for those busy weeknights!π΄
It's simple to make, comes together in one pan, and tastes just as good as it sounds β using dairy-free milk and cheese if that's what your household needs, or regular versions if not. π
Ingredients (Serves 4)
1 lb ground beef
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
1Β½ cups water
1ΒΌ cups milk or milk substitute
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can mushrooms or 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms, optional
Brown the beef. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, adding the mushrooms if using. Drain the grease.
Add the noodles and liquids. Add the noodles and seasoning packet from the skillet meal, along with the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, water, and milk.
Bring to a boil. Stir well and bring everything to a boil.
Simmer. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer, stirring frequently, for 17 to 19 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked through. If the sauce gets too thick, add small amounts of water as needed.
Stir in the cheese. Remove from the heat, add the mozzarella, and mix well until melted and combined.
