Pan’s Mushroom Jerky is a plant-based snack brand built around shiitake mushrooms and inspired by founder Michael Pan’s family recipe from Malaysia. After discovering the recipe during a family visit in 2006, Pan continued refining it in the Pacific Northwest while working as an engineer, eventually launching the brand in 2018.
